1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to purchase from us. By ordering you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Products

We sell digital services: custom triggers, premium triggers, trigger bundles and permanent rooms created on the IMVU account you specify. Product descriptions, prices and delivery estimates are shown on each product page and confirmed in chat before payment.

Images on this website are illustrative. The final look of a trigger or room depends on the options you choose in chat.

3. Ordering and payment

• Orders are placed by messaging us on WhatsApp. An order is confirmed when we acknowledge it and payment is received.
• Prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment methods are shared in chat and may vary by country.
• We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, in which case any payment received is refunded.

4. Delivery

Delivery times shown are estimates and start after payment is confirmed. Delays can occur during high demand or IMVU maintenance. You must provide the correct avatar name; we are not responsible for delivery to a wrong account caused by incorrect details.

5. Warranty and replacements

Each product includes the replacement warranty listed on its page. If the trigger or room is removed within the warranty period, we will re-create it free of charge up to the stated number of replacements. Warranty does not cover accounts that are banned, deleted or transferred, or products modified by you or a third party.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to resell our products as your own, share the created content in ways that violate the law, harass others, or use our services for anything illegal. We may refuse future service to anyone who abuses our team or our warranty.

8. Your responsibility and risk

Custom content created outside the official IMVU catalog may violate IMVU's Terms of Service. You use our products at your own risk and accept that IMVU may remove content or take action against your account. We recommend using triggers privately and with people you trust. Our liability is limited to the price you paid for the affected product.

9. Intellectual property

The website design, text and images are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission. IMVU is a trademark of IMVU Inc.; we are not affiliated with IMVU.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated, our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website or that IMVU will permanently allow any content.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of account, credits or data arising from your use of our products or website.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes apply to orders placed after the update.
