What is an IMVU BM trigger?+
A BM (black market) trigger is a custom action or animation created directly on your IMVU account. It is unique to you and is not sold in the official IMVU catalog.
What is the difference between a basic and a premium trigger?+
Premium triggers use exclusive, higher-quality animations, get priority delivery and come with an extended replacement warranty (3 free replacements) compared to the basic trigger warranty (1 free replacement).
What is a permanent room?+
A fully furnished private room delivered to your IMVU account permanently. There is no monthly fee and no expiry — it is yours to keep.
Do you need my IMVU password?+
No. Never. We only need your avatar name. Anyone asking for your password is not us.
Which devices are supported?+
IMVU Mobile (iOS & Android), IMVU Desktop Beta and IMVU Next are supported. We confirm compatibility in chat before you pay.
How is delivery handled?+
After payment is confirmed, your trigger or room is created on your IMVU account and delivered over WhatsApp. We share a delivery estimate in chat once your order is confirmed. Times can be longer during high demand.
How do I pay?+
Payment is arranged inside the WhatsApp chat. We share the available payment methods for your country after confirming your order.
What if IMVU removes my trigger or room?+
Every product includes a replacement warranty. Contact us on WhatsApp with your order details and we re-create it free under warranty. Use triggers privately to reduce reports.
Can I get a refund?+
If we cannot deliver your order, you get a full refund. Because products are digital and created on your account, delivered orders are non-refundable but covered by warranty. See our Refund Policy.
