• WhatsApp phone number and name — visible to us when you message us to place an order.
• Payment details — handled by the payment provider you choose; we do not store card numbers.
• Messages — the content of our WhatsApp conversation (order details, support requests).

Information collected automatically

• Basic technical data such as browser type, device type, pages viewed and approximate location derived from IP address, used for site analytics and security.
• Cookies or similar technologies that help the website function. We do not use advertising cookies.

We never ask for your IMVU password, email login or security codes. If anyone claiming to be us requests them, do not share them and report it to us.

• To create and deliver the triggers, bundles or rooms you order.
• To provide customer support, warranty replacements and order updates.

We keep order records (avatar name, product, date) for the duration of the warranty period plus 12 months so we can honour replacements and resolve disputes. Chat history may be deleted earlier at your request unless we need it for an open dispute.
